late night
Eric has been getting home pretty late lately so when I found out he'd be home before 8 p.m. I decided to let Madilyn stay up to see him. She was playing in the family room and I was doing something in the kitchen when I realized that she was being really quiet. I went to see what she was up to, expecting some kind of mischief, and instead found her laying like this. At first I thought she was asleep, but when she saw me looking at her she smiled and started playing again.

That's funny. She is so adorable! I can't believe she won't be 2 until December - she seems so grown up!
